A 4BHK bungalow is not a scaled-up 2BHK — it is a different kind of project. There is usually a garden, an outhouse, a loft, and thirty years of accumulation nobody has looked at recently. There are often antiques, artwork, a piano, or heavy stone and teak furniture. These moves are planned over two or three days with a dedicated coordinator, a written room-by-room inventory, and specialist crating for the pieces that need it. Rushing a bungalow move into one day is the commonest way it goes wrong.
