Packers and Movers in Kichha

Kichha is a small town of about 35,000 people in Uttarakhand. The nearest larger city is Haldwani, roughly 43 km away by road. The plains towns along the Haridwar–Rudrapur belt take full-size trucks easily, while hill towns usually need a 14-foot vehicle, a shuttle and a manual carry for the last stretch.

The monsoon from late June to September is heavy and sustained, and the hill roads close for landslides with little warning; winter snow briefly closes the higher routes from December to February. We pack for that: plastic over cartons when it is wet, padded corners for rough roads, and covered vehicles only.

No state entry formalities for household goods. Cantonment towns such as Lansdowne, Ranikhet and Chakrata need a vehicle pass arranged in advance.

A move in Kichha starts with a free survey — in person where the distance allows, over a video call where it does not — and a written quotation that lists the vehicle, the crew, the packing materials and the transit cover. At roughly 265 km from Dehradun, Kichha is close enough for a same-day pack-and-deliver on most household loads. Call +91 93687 13463 or +91 91197 56710, or email info@gaticargopacker.in.
